Expedited public records requests

PPSO standard procedure for processing request is that the inquiries are processed in the order they are received. However, there is the possibility that Criminal Records may be able expedite a request. Depending on the timing and the complexity of the request we may be able to deliver as soon the next business day. Most requests can be expedited for our base expedited request service fee of XX.

When you complete the public records request form you will be given an opportunity to request expedited completion. If the service fee would exceed our base amount, or if we cannot honor the request within a business day, we will communicate with you in reference to what your options are.
